Lillie of the Fields was founded in Nov. 2015 and is a Faith based ministry and a 501 (C) (3) nonprofit organization that helps families that have or had involvement with Children Services or the Juvenile/ Family Court, but isn't limited to anyone who just wants or needs a family support.
We're Family Advocate that stand in the gap to help and support our families in their time of need with the help of God. We understand the needs of our families and we meet them right wherever they are to encourage them support them and pray for them at any given time. Our relationship isn't like no other, we Love our families as Christ Loves the church and our goals are to help keep families together because that makes a family stronger by staying together.
We help with transportation to appointments, we attend staffing and Court hearings, and much more our relationship is for life and to reassure that once our families our reunited we help to keep them together by providing classes and training, education to our families by showing how importance the Love of Christ is and how we continue to need him in our lives and without him it's impossible to please God.
We also know that the word of God reminds us that we have a obligation to train up a child in the way they should go and the family must do so, if for any reason a parent is unable to fulfill this requirement then we will help find the best relative to help out until we can get the parents back on the right track so that the children's trauma this the minimum versus high going in and out of foster homes with strangers.
Support Services
- Host group and individual support sessions to help them overcome depression, drugs, and provide mental health resources.
- Educate clients and advocates to mitigate fear.
- Help clients apply for jobs, housing, and government benefits.
- Mentor clients by providing knowledgeable advocates with experience in dealing with Child Protective Services.

How to File a Complaint
Individuals eligible for, receiving services from or benefiting from programs funded by or through the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) are protected by various laws, regulations, rules, and policies against unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, disability, political affiliation (food stamps only), age, sex, citizenship/ participant status (WIOA Programs only) and national origin.
If you believe that you have been denied or delayed services for which you are eligible because of your race, color, national origin, religion, sex, political affiliation (food stamps only), disability or age, you must file your complaint within six months of the date on which the incident or treatment happened.
You may call the Bureau of Civil Rights to submit your complaint, or you may submit your complaint in writing. If the complaint is submitted by telephone you can call (614) 644-2703 or Toll Free 1-866-227-6353.
